Access Wine Adventures (aka AWA)

Breakaway Tours is breaking out with outbound wine tours set to explore neighboring wine regions of the Central Coast and beyond. The Inaugural Tour of Access Wine

Adventures (AWA) is scheduled for Sunday, March 6th and will travel to the highly acclaimed Santa Lucia Highlands. With an enticing itinerary in place, Access Wine Adventures is sure to fill a void for local wine enthusiasts and extended stay visitors alike.

Rachell Newburn writes, “Jill’s passion for wine, knowledge for our wine regions, and dedication to quality service and a good time are only a few reasons why I’m ecstatic for Breakaway Tours’ new Access Wine Adventures! What a creative idea on enhancing a type of ‘wine club.’ I can’t wait to join.”

Access Wine Adventures is an exciting new type of “Wine Club” offering regular wine adventures in lieu of wine shipments. Membership is free, requires no credit card or commitment to tours. Membership will assure your personal invitation and schedule updates direct to your inbox for best availability as seating will be limited. Join the AWA Club and delve deeper with fellow road trip warriors, into the famous while also seeking and exploring hidden gems.

A tasty lunch is always included and will vary as much as the itineraries.

These extended day wine tours are priced by the person and depart from San Luis Obispo and/or Santa Barbara counties. They are available for groups looking to duplicate tour(s) on a private charter basis.

Breakaway Tours is entering its third decade of leading “Deliciously Fun, Educational

Wine Tours” on California’s Central Coast. They are committed to top-shelf customer service and pride themselves on leading the industry in wine and culinary experiences. Locally owned, operated and established in 1995 by Jill Tweedie, a Level 1 Sommelier, she is excited about this new division and sharing it with others.
