Cheeses of Note:
Central Coast Creamery Goat Cheddar  This goat cheddar is a hand-crafted artisan cheese made from 100% whole goat milk. This semi-hard cheese is pure white with a smooth, velvety texture. A big "Congratulations" is in order: this cheddar just won Best in Class at the American Cheese Society Competition!

Monte Enebro Monte Enebro is a handmade goat's milk cheese from Avila, Spain. This semi-soft, mold ripened cheese is made with the same mold used to make Roquefort. This results in a cheese that is mild and tangy when young; as it ages it develops more pungent, barnyard flavors.

Bellwether Farms Carmody  Carmody is a young cow's milk cheese that highlights the buttery flavors of Jersey milk. As the cheese ages, the flavor becomes sweeter and develops caramel notes.
